Except stated otherwise herein, products can be exchanged or returned within 7 days from the date the products received. Products must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn. Products must also have SAIFAHBHAYU tag and price tag attached in their original form.

We reserve the rights to refuse return or exchange on any merchandise that does not meet with our policy and requirements and that it shall be sent back to you. All returns must be sent via registered mail in their original condition.

Delivery fee of the returned or exchanged products shall be your responsibility. We refuse to refund lost or stolen products. Refund or exchange will be processed within 10 days from the date we receive the products.

Refund will be made using the same method as your purchase.

All sale products and internationally delivered products cannot be refunded or exchanged. If the products you have received are damaged or incorrect, please contact us via Line: @saifahbhayu within 2 days from the date you have received the products.
